And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness
and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

Wise Men Seek Him Still

Hello friends!  Crafty Julia is the Featured Stamper over at Splitcoaststampers today, so I thought I'd play along!  I found this Best Fishes card in her fun and colorful gallery, and since I am in Christmas mode, decided to change her card into a Christmas one.

Creative Nugget:  I kept the card pretty simple, following the same basic layout and colors that Julia used on her card.  This pretty Wisemen Ornament was just released by Our Daily Bread Designs earlier this month and looks very elegant embossed in gold.  The ornament was cut with ODBD Custom Circle Ornament Dies and Matting Circle Dies.  The edge of the larger circled was embossed in gold.  A frame was dry embossed using the Spellbinders Matting Basics Dies, and piercing was added around the frame.  The hand cut banner was also embossed in gold as well as the sentiment from the Away in a Manger stamp set.  Gold embroidery thread was used to hang the ornament.

This card will be submitted to the Word Art Wednesday Challenge as they are featuring Our Daily Bread Designs this week, as well as to the Shining the Light Challenge over on the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog.

Thanks so much for visiting today…hope you were inspired!
Have a wonderful Sunday!  Remember to seek Him!

Hugs,

Wow, this is a classic! I love the white on white and the wonderful image and sentiment. We are blessed that you joined our Challenge last week at Word Art Wednesday. Please join us again as the new challenge starts today. Leaving you with God's Word in 1 John 4:9 which says, "This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him." God bless always!
