My first sample was made with the new Be a Sunflower stamp set.
Creative Nugget: The Side-Step Card Die made it easy to create the side-step base for this sunflower card. The panels were layered with papers from the new Follow the Son and Fall Favorites Paper Collections...love these colors! The sentiments and sunflower images are from the Be a Sunflower stamp set. They were cut with the new Sunflower Die and the Double Stitched Rounded Rectangles and Rounded Rectangles Dies. The new Stitched Leaves Dies were used for the leaf accents. Other Dies used include the Fence Die and the Double Stitched Rectangles Dies. Copic Markers were used to color the sunflower images!
My second sample uses the Card Greetings stamp set.
Creative Nugget: As you can tell...I love to use fancy folds for card bases. The Double Display Card Die and the Double Display Layers Dies make this fancy fold so easy. The panels were lined with papers from the Christmas 2015 Collection and the new Christmas Coordinating 2015 Collection. The Beautiful new Merry Christmas Caps Die was cut several times for dimension with the top layer cut from metallic gold card stock. The sentiment from Card Greetings was embossed and layered on a Double Stitched Rounded Rectangle and matted with a Rounded Rectangle. The new Pine Branches Dies were used to create an accent tied together with some metallic gold thread.
The card opens up to reveal the beautiful new Ornament Branch die cut. I used the die to cut the Ornament Branch from different papers, fussy cut the die cuts apart, and pieced them back together using the different colors. Circle Dies were used to cut coordinating papers to layer behind the gold ornaments.
