And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness
and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

Welcome Sweet Baby

Hello friends!  Just a quick card to share with you today.  A friend from church is expecting her first grand child and is just ecstatic, so of course I had to make her a baby card.  A few adorable critters from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps were perfect for welcoming the new arrival.

Creative Nugget:  Plaid paper from my stash and some yellow card stock were stitched together for the front of the card.  The cute critters from the Stand Tall and As the Deer stamp sets were colored with Copic Markers, the deer fussy cut and popped onto the sponged scene.  A sentiment from the Little One set was added to finish the card.

This card was also posted on the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Blog yesterday and will be submitted for the following challenges:

Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #227 - Make Your Mark

Stand Tall

Hello, friends!  Happy Friday and happy release day at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps!  Five new stamp sets have been added to the SNSS Store and I had fun creating a couple of cute cards with two of them.

Creative Nugget:  With thirteen different sentiments and this adorable giraffe, the Stand Tall stamp set is so versatile and can be used for many different occasions throughout the year.  All of the images were colored with Copic Markers and the card design came from the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge this week.
As the Deer was designed by a new designer at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, Jennifer Rydin, for our Creative Worship line and is great for Bible Journaling, but I chose to use the enchanting images in the set to make a card.

Creative Nugget:  A portion of the front panel was cut away so the circle could hang off the edge following the sketch at Splitcoaststampers this week.  Copic Markers were used again for the coloring and several of the images were fussy cut and popped onto the scene.

Here are the new stamp sets used which are available for pre-order today at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps:

These cards will be submitted for the following challenges:
