And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness
and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

Welcome to the ODBD August 2018 Release

Good morning, friends!  Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs August 2018 Release.  This month ODBD is all about the medical profession and is perfect for creating those get well cards or for expressing gratitude to those serving in health care.

My first sample was made with the new King of My Heart Stamp/Die Duo.  I l love the heartbeat die included with this set!

Creative Nugget:  The Quilted Background Die was embossed on the card front and a Pierced Heart Die was used to cut the heart from the panel to form the shaker card front.  The die from the King of My Heart Stamp/Die Duo was cut three times, stacked, and adhered across the heart.  The Stethoscope was cut and layered with silver metallic paper.  Layering Hearts die cuts were added to the card front and the sentiment was white embossed on a Double Stitched Pennant Flag die cut.  Stitching was added and the shaker was filled with sequins to finish the card.

My second sample was made with the Get Well Wishes stamp set and the Bandages Dies

Creative Nugget:  The Tri-Fold Card with Layers Dies and papers from the Cozy Quilt Collection were used to make the card base. The Bandages Dies were used to cut the band-aids around the frame of the card.  The sentiment from the Get Well Wishes stamp set was stamped on a Pierced Circle die cut and layered onto a Circle die cut and a Filigree Circle die cut to finish the card.

These new products from the Our Daily Bread Designs Store were used to create the cards above...
