And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness
and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

Throwback Thursday - Flourished Star Pattern Die

Hello friends!  It's Throwback Thursday over at Our Daily Bread Designs and the feature for today is the Flourished Star Pattern Die.  While this die is perfect for creating cards for any occasion, I chose to use it to complete a Christmas card for the upcoming Christmas season.

Creative Nugget:  After cutting the Flourished Star Pattern Die from White card stock and embossing it, a frame was cut using one of the Splendorous Star Dies.   The Holy Night Die was used to cut the manger scene from black card stock which was layered behind the frame.  The frame and manger scene were mounted to paper from the Winter Collection 2014.  The small Splendorous Star Die was also cut from the paper and adhered to the frame.  The sentiment was stamped onto a Large Banner die cut which was placed under the silhouette scene.  Gem stones were added to complete the card.

To see more samples using the Flourished Star Pattern Die head on over to the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog.

Hugs,
Cathymac
