Creative Nugget: The subtle Bokeh background was created using watercolors and white pigment ink. Hillside Edges Dies were used to make the little houses on a hill and the storm cloud. Now, about that storm cloud…it was created to cover up the fact that I had mistakenly stamped the raindrops upside down! Aaaaaack…ever do that? But it works okay, I think! Windy Winnie was colored with Copic Markers and her umbrella was paper pieced. A little Glossy Accents was used on the raindrops and the puddle, and Baker's Twine finishes off the card.
