My first sample features the new Treat Tower Dies, Deer Silhouette, and the gorgeous Rustic Christmas Paper Pad!
Creative Nugget: The Treat Tower Dies were used to cut the base of the box from heavy card stock and the layers from pretty papers from the Rustic Christmas Paper Pad...I'm just loving that plaid! After the base and inside boxes for the tower were assembled, it was time to decorate the outside of the box and the new Deer Silhouette Die was the perfect accent. Pierced Circle and Circle dies were used to make a base for the deer head. The little sentiment is from the new Deer Ornament Stamp/Die Duo and was embossed on a Treat Tag die cut. The Pine Branches Dies and twine were used to tie everything together.
The little boxes inside are perfect for tucking in yummy little treats!
My next project uses the new Deer Ornament Stamp/Die Duo.
Creative Nugget: Oxide Inks were sponged onto the top third of a square panel of mixed media paper. The sentiment from the Deer Ornament Stamp/Die Duo was gold embossed on the bottom and the circle die included in the set was used to cut the aperture for the shaker. The panel was then embossed using the Circles Stencil. The hangers for the ornaments were also gold embossed. The shaker was backed with paper from the Rustic Christmas Paper Pad and gems added behind the acetate. The Deer Ornament was gold embossed and a Circle Die used to create a small border around the ornament. Greenery was created with Pine Cones & Pine Branches Dies and the smaller Pine Branches Dies. Gems were added to finish the shaker card!
My final project was created using the Loads of Love Stamp/Die Duo.
Creative Nugget: The back panel was cut from mixed media paper with a Pierced Rectangle Die and smooshed with watered down Oxide Inks. Curvy Slopes Dies were used to cut three snow drifts which were sponged with Tumbled Glass Oxide Ink. The truck and tree from the Loads of Love Stamp/Die Duo set were colored with Copic Markers and cut with the coordinating dies. Other dies used to create the scene include the Trees & Deers Dies, the Farm Fence Die, and the Merry Christmas Die. Gems were added to complete the card.
