Hug in a Mug

Hello friends!  Today I'm sharing a card on the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop for National Coffee Day.  Now...I am not a coffee drinker, but I love the smell of coffee, coffee ice cream, and coffee stamps...especially the Hug in a Mug Stamp/Die Duo from Our Daily Bread Designs.

Creative Nugget:  Papers from the Latte Love Paper Pad were cut with Pierced Rectangle Dies and stitched together for the card front.  Rounded Rectangle and Double Stitched Rounded Rectangle Dies were used to cut the smooshed inky Distress Oxide panel.  The sentiment and coffee cups from the Hug in a Mug Stamp/Die Duo were stamped, paper pieced and mounted to the card front with foam tape.  Splatters and a few sequins were added to finish the card.

Be sure to hop on over to the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog to join the hop for a chance to win some amazing prizes!

This card will be submitted to the following challenges:

Thanks so much for stopping by...take time to enjoy a cozy hug in a mug!

Hugs,
Cathy
