My sample was made with the new God Verses Anniversary Stamp Set.
Creative Nugget: This comforting verse from the book of James is one of the scriptures from the new God Verses stamp set. The background for my card was made using the Wax Paper Resist Technique demonstrated by the talented Angella Crockett and can be found on the ODBD You Tube Channel. The next layer of this card was made with the Quatrefoil Pattern Die and was popped up with foam tape. Next, the Gilded Gate die cut was painted with a layer of Glossy Accents and added. Both the positive and negative layers of the Grass Border were used for depth. The morning glories from the Glory stamp set were colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut with several extra flowers popped up for dimension, and added to the Quatrefoil layer. The scripture verse was cut and matted using the Antique Labels Dies. A silk ribbon and several flowers cut with one of the dies in the Ornamental Crosses die set were added to finish garden scene.
You can find all the fabulous samples made with the two new Anniversary sets on the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog. To see the details of each card made by my sweet Sister Sticks and to leave your comments, click on the links below which will take you to each of the Designers' Blogs!
