Love Birds

Hello sweet friends and welcome once again to 

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps April Release Friday Feature!

The Design Divas have some fabulous samples for you to see today as we feature one of our new stamp sets and matching dies available at the Sweet 'n Sassy Store.

Here is my card made with these darling 
stamps and dies:

Creative Nugget:  A background was created with the Tim Holtz Rays Stencil and Modeling past tinted with distress ink.  The sky background was done by scribbling Gelatos on a Mixed Media panel and blended with a watercolor brush. Clouds were added using my finger dipped in gesso and dabbed over the Gelato sky. Images from the Love Birds stamp set were colored with Copic Markers and cut with the matching dies.  A little shimmer was added to the leaves, rays, and fence using my favorite Wink of Stella clear marker.  Sentiment banners, a Fence Die, and a shimmery bow was added to finish the card.  

Our challenge to you this week is to use a bird on your creation.

The first 11 cards in the hop were created for your inspiration by the design team.  As you hop along, leave a little love behind, then create your own BIRD card and use the linky tool to add it to the gallery!

Just a few guidelines to remember as you play:

            

- You don't have to use a Sweet 'n Sassy image to enter (although we sure love when you do!)
 - You'll have until Thursday, May 8th at midnight EST to enter
- We'll draw 1 winner from this week's challenge to receive a $10 credit to Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps!
- Please use code SNSFFC10 when uploading to Splitcoaststampers or other galleries
